Orders ship out on Wednesdays. Order cutoff is Tuedays at 12 PM EST for Wednesday shipping. All orders placed after 12 PM on Tuesday will go out the following Wednesday.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE: We 100% guarantee the live arrival of all of your new marine life.  

ALL FOLLOWING CRITERIA MUST BE MET. 

1) Package must be accepted on the scheduled delivery day.

2) All DOA (Dead On Arrival) must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.  

3) Send a well-lit (NO BLUE LED) digital photo of the animal in the UNOPENED bag.  

Replacement specimens will always be equal to or better than the original in size and or value. Purchases are non-returnable & non-refundable. Shipping costs must be paid & are not refunded or credited, the customer is responsible for additional ups shipping charges.  

We understand corals may arrive in poor condition and are not "dead" in the bag.  As long as you send us daily photos of the coral (NO BLUE LED), we will work with you.  We only want the best results for our customers and understand there are circumstances that may go beyond the standard "live arrival" guarantee.

HOWEVER.  If your shipment is delayed and you have significant losses, we will do our best to help out.

ACCLIMATION: Upon arrival, float the bag in the aquarium for 15 min.  Open the bag and add 1 cup of aquarium water. Continue adding 1 cup of aquarium water every 5-10 min until the original water volume in the bag has quadrupled.  Place the crabs in your aquarium.  Discard the water.
